| We, Takano Giken Co., Ltd., have developed an environmental management system concerning the manufacturing and sales (including designing and development) of all kinds of electronic components manufactured in press processes and molding processes, their assembly components and the precision mold and automated machines of these components. We consider environmental conservation as one of our important business activities for the future of the planet and human beings. While actively promoting our own environmental management system, we collaborate with the local society for environmental conservation. |

| 1. Environmental Policy |
| (1) To develop and operate the environmental management system, which is based on the ISO14001 standard, and to promote environmental improvement through further and constant improvement of systems and prevention of contamination. |
| (2) To recognize factors that would affect the environment, observe the legal requirements and other requirements concerning the environment, which we agreed on, and work on improving environmental conservation and preventing environmental contamination. |
| (3) To assess the environmental effects caused by our activities, products and services and define the following items as important points to address and actively promote them: |
a. To promote energy savings, resource savings and recycling of industrial waste for more efficient use of resources
b. To prevent contamination by avoiding generation, emission or release of any kinds of contaminants or waste in order to reduce harmful environmental effects.
c. To increase the number of certified employees for further promotion of our environment-related activities. |
